7th April 2023. to 15th July 2023.; 12th Aug. to 15th Aug.; 30th Sep. to 2nd Oct.; 21st Oct. to 25th Oct.; 10th Nov. to 19th Nov.; 22nd Dec 2023. to 6th Jan 2024. 

LOW SEASON :

8th January 2023. to 6th April 2023; 16th July. to 11th Aug.; 16th Aug. to 29th Sep.; 3rd Oct. to 20th Oct.; 26th Oct. to 9th Nov.; 20th Nov. to 21st Dec.2023; 7th Jan 2024. to 31st March 2024. (Except Holi Weekend)

MAP PACKAGE (PER NIGHT)

GST: SLABS OF12% & 18% on Room Rent &5% on Food

 

ROOMS SHALL BE BOOKED FOR A MINIMUM STAY OF 2 NIGHTS DURING HIGH SEASON DATES.

COMPULSORY SURCHARGE WILL BE CHARGED FOR GALA DINNER ON NEW YEAR’S EVE.

EXTRA PERSON CHARGES:
• CHILD OF 7 YEARS AND ABOVE @ INR 1200 PER DAY
• ADULT @ INR 1500 PER DAY (inclusive of taxes)
• EXTRA BEDDING INCLUDED

Package inclusion:
• Stay for a couple on MAPAI plan and for 4 people in case of family room and suites.
• Complimentary mineral water bottle.
• Daily Breakfast and Dinner
• Welcome drink on arrival.
• Tea/coffee-makers.
• Complimentary WI-FI.
• Child below 7 years of age included with any extra cost.

• Campfire/ Live Singing / Karoke Nights/ DJ Party, other entertainment programmes at the Terrace.

Arrival and Departure Policy

  • Check-In-1300 Hours
    Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
  • Check-Out 1200 Hours
    Later check-outs are available on request and subject to availability. A recent Government notification requires guests to present proof of identity at the time of check in. Guests are requested to carry with them the required document during their travel.ank. Details will send through email.
  • Booking Procedure
    All bookings are confirmed against Advance payment. Payment can be deposited in our current account in HDFC Bank or ICICI Bank. The details can be obtained by email Guests are advised to carry a photo identify proof at the time of check in: Guests are advised to keep Age Proof of children who are below 7 years as hotel may ask for the same, if child seems to be older. If Guest is unable to produce the proof then hotel has right to charge for the child. Early check in and Late check out is subject to availability.
  • Driver Policy
    As a courtesy to fellow guests, we do not allow drivers to stay in the hotel. The hotel has no provision for them; however should you need alternative accommodation, we would be happy help you.
  • Cancellation Policy
    25% cancellation fee if cancelled before 45 days prior to check in. 50% cancellation fee if cancelled within 45 days prior to check in. 80% cancellation fee if cancelled within 30 days prior to check in. 100% cancellation fee if cancelled within 15 days of check in. In case of premature departure, 80% of package cost for days not availed shall be forfeited.
